This website
- No advertising tracker, no audience measurement, no cookie — except the session cookie of signed-in customers, which is strictly necessary.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: your browser therefore contacts Google’s servers to fetch them.
- The contact form stores what you enter (name, email, company, mailbox range, message). No IP address or browser identifier is kept.
The SAFE MAIL service
- Your emails stay in your Microsoft 365 mailboxes. SAFE MAIL reads them to analyse them and never stores their content, nor that of attachments.
- Stored, in order to alert you: sender, subject, date, score, reasons for the verdict, attachment names and your team’s decisions.
- No data is used to train an artificial intelligence model.
- You remain the data controller; Gatewatcher acts as a processor, on your instructions.
